How We Work

After fifteen years in practice, I bring depth, discernment, and an integrative, collaborative approach — blending clinical precision with intuitive attunement to meet your individual needs.

We begin by clarifying a specific intention, then move into focused hypnotherapy work designed to create meaningful shifts. You remain aware, engaged, and an active participant in your own healing process. Hypnotherapy is a cooperative experience that honors your agency and intention.

Most clients work within a focused series of four to six sessions centered on a defined theme. From there, we may explore new themes or move into an integration phase, where I support you in embodying and sustaining the positive changes in your life. Sessions are held securely online and available worldwide, allowing you to relax in the comfort and privacy of your own space. All you need is a quiet setting and a stable internet connection. The results are equally effective — without the commute.

When appropriate, I may weave Human Design into our work. Human Design provides both a map and a compass, offering insight into your conditioning and pointing you toward a more aligned, effortless way of being. Hypnotherapy provides a direct, embodied experience of where you want to go. Together, they deepen awareness, quicken transformation, and form a powerful path home.

Hypnotherapy services are distinct from psychotherapy and counseling services.
