• When you purchase a custom personalized audio from me, you are investing in you, your life, your positive transformation. I take these audios seriously and thus, spend hours and hours of time doing it right. They are a product of years of clinical medical support hypnotherapy experience and training, along with mindfulness meditation training and everything else in my toolkit!

• Your custom personalized audio is a package - your package includes gathering of information from you, communicating with you, assessing all of the gathered information, doing research if necessary (is often the case for a medical situation), carefully crafting your audio and tailoring it to your needs, then delivering it to you.

• In order for a customized audio to be made for a new client (who has never had a one-on-one hypnotherapy or counseling session with Lisa Smole), it is best if we can have a phone conversation to gather further information so that your audio can be specifically tailored to your needs. In some cases we recommend one or more sessions prior to making a personalized audio - this is determined on a case-by-case basis.

• Established clients are those who have had a one-on-one hypnotherapy or counseling session with Lisa in the last year. We won’t need a phone interview, so a custom audio takes much less time.

• When you are ready and order your personalized audio online, you will be prompted to fill out our online form. This helps to create clarity for you, as well as minimize back and forth emails between us (we like efficiency!).

• Normal delivery is 2 weeks because I am normally booked out 2 weeks in advance. I can generally fit an audio project into my business schedule within a 2 week period.

• If you need your audio edited sooner than 2 weeks, I have a special “rush” option for a 1 week delivery. There is an added cost to that because it cuts into my personal time or it goes beyond my normal daily/weekly capacity, but I do want to make this available for people who really need it.

• It is suggested that you listen to your audio daily for a minimum of 21 consecutive days - or as long as you need to. Please do not listen to these audios while operating heavy machinery or driving a vehicle.

• Audios are delivered as ‘mp3’ files, which are a commonly used, non-proprietary, audio file that allows for compression and delivery of an audio that is a relatively small file size.
