Counseling

I offer trauma-informed counseling for individuals and couples who are seeking more stability, clarity, and authenticity in their lives. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship or intimacy concerns, burnout, trauma, chronic illness, persistent pain, grief, or a major life transition — you don’t have to do it alone.

Together, we work to help you align more fully with who you truly are and how you want to live. Counseling is a collaborative process where you can reconnect with your inner wisdom, harness your strengths, and strengthen your sense of self while developing practical skills to navigate life with more steadiness and clarity. This process supports meaningful, lasting, integrated change so you feel more grounded, capable, and whole.

Who I Work With

Trauma-informed counseling for Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), empaths, and those navigating trauma, burnout, chronic illness, persistent pain, life transitions, and relationship challenges.

I am especially drawn to working with people who feel and process life deeply, may have been holding more than they realize, and are ready to stop overriding their needs. Many of the individuals I work with identify as empaths, Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs), have sensory processing sensitivity (SPS) or recognize that they have sensitive nervous systems. If you are easily overstimulated, deeply attuned to others, or carrying more than you outwardly show, our work together will honor these traits as strengths and meaningful parts of who you are — not problems to fix.

I also commonly support clients navigating:

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Depression

  • Trauma and complex trauma (C-PTSD)

  • Burnout prevention and recovery

  • Relationship and intimacy challenges

  • Premarital counseling

  • Grief and loss

  • Identity shifts and life transitions

  • Chronic illness, fatigue, and persistent pain

  • Women’s empowerment and self-trust

  • Highly Sensitive Persons (HSP), sensory processing sensitivity (SPS), and empaths

Healing is a quiet unfolding of who you truly are. As petals open one by one, a deeper sense of wholeness emerges.

How We Work

Trauma-informed counseling and EMDR therapy supporting deep alignment, resilience, nervous system regulation, and post-traumatic growth.

My work is relational, trauma-informed, and holistic. I attend to your unique lived experience, your nervous system patterns, and the larger relational and systemic influences shaping your life. Anxiety and disconnection rarely happen in isolation.

I offer a steady, compassionate space where you can come to know, trust, and be who you are. We move at a pace that feels safe and supportive, integrating past experiences and reconnecting you with your sense of self.

Therapy is a collaborative process. Meaningful change grows from your willingness to explore and gently practice new ways of responding and caring for yourself. Sustainable change emerges when awareness is paired with intentional action — when new ways of being are lived and embodied.

Most of all, I believe in you and your capacity for growth and healing. You already carry strengths and insight within you — my role is to help you access and trust them so you can live with greater clarity, confidence, and alignment.
