This set consists of 3 tracks:

Track 1 is a pre-operative audio for listening before your surgery. The pre-surgical audio helps to alleviate your concerns or worries, reduces stress and assists in positive, healing thoughts and ideas about your upcoming surgery - so you can feel calm, relaxed and optimistic!

Track 2 is an intra-operative audio that is to be listened to the entire day of your surgery, from the minute you awaken and all throughout your actual surgery. The intra-operative audio drowns out any surgical noises or possible anti-healing conversations while promoting a positive and good response to all medical procedures and a full, speedy recovery. 

Track 3 is a post-operative audio that is for listening to immediately after your surgery, and throughout your recovery period. The post-operative audio will help you to rest, restore, relax, take care of yourself, follow your medical team’s instructions, feel more physically comfortable and it encourages the body to heal faster.  

In hypnosis we get direct access to the most powerful part of our mind – the subconscious level of awareness. With this audio you can intentionally reprogram your subconscious mind in specific and positive ways, at your convenience, right in the comfort of your own home.  When you align your conscious intentions with your subconscious motivations, you can achieve desired results in your life more easily.
