This 8-week live group is a safe, predictable, and deeply restorative container. By integrating a blend of clinical and experiential modalities, we will explore what it means to be highly sensitive and engage in a process of gentle deconditioning to release the heavy expectations of the outside world. You will learn actionable somatic tools to regulate your nervous system, ground and clear your energy, set clear boundaries, and move from chronic survival mode and sensory overload into profound, lasting resilience.

What We Will Do Together

  • This is not an unstructured processing group where you will be flooded by other people's heavy emotions. This is a targeted, 90-minute weekly space blending psychoeducation, somatic anchoring, experiential modalities, and clinical hypnotherapy.

    Over our 8 weeks together, you will:

  • Clarify: Untangle the overlapping symptoms of innate sensory sensitivity and past trauma, giving you clarity on exactly what your body is reacting to.

  • Regulate: Learn somatic tools to anchor your nervous system when you feel overstimulated or dysregulated.

  • Connect: Experience the profound relief of forming a safe community alongside fellow sensitives who truly understand how you experience the world.

  • Reframe: Use clinical hypnotherapy to rewrite the subconscious core beliefs holding you back.

  • Protect: Build a reliable "emotional buffer" so you can connect with others without absorbing their stress.

  • Rest: Experience a deeply restorative, meditative blend of guided imagery with clinical hypnotherapy designed specifically to give the highly sensitive brain the profound rest it craves.

  • Build: Iteratively create your personalized Awakening Strength Blueprint: Self-Care for the Deeply Aware —a living self-care and boundary plan to support you long after the group ends.


The Details

  • Who: Highly Sensitive Persons (HSPs) / those with Sensory Processing Sensitivity (SPS), and empaths. Due to clinical licensing laws, all participants must reside in Oregon.

  • When: Saturdays at 10am Pacific, starting October 3rd through November 21st.

  • Where: Secure, HIPAA-compliant online telehealth room.

  • The Investment: $800. Flexible 2-part payment plan available. This is a cash-pay professional clinical group; we do not bill insurance, ensuring your complete privacy and a container fully tailored to your needs.
